(E) Jogging


              Spots are important for our body to keep healty. But, we sometimes forget with this our exercise because of our busy in the office or school. Although we are busy person, we can do the sport exercise. Espesially in easy and cheap sport. Like a jogging. We can do this everytime and every where, for example after we work, we can jog to our house or maybe we jog went to our office in the morning. There are 3 advantages we do a jog; Jog can make our feel calm, jog decrease air polutan, jog make your body healty.
                The first advantage is jog can make our feel calm. In this world there are many problem we have. The work problem, problem with traffic jam, and maybe after conflict with our friend. It’s make our feel so bad, the emotion in undercontrol. With jog our stress in our body will disapper. Jog make your bady relax again and ready to work again. So, I think do the jog in Sunday evening, because in the next day, Monday, you ready and get more spirit for work.
                The second advantage is jog decrease air polution. Now, espesially in big city, there are many vehicle what make a air polution. This air polution very dangerous with our health. We must decrease used a vehicle. Maybe with jog to the office can decrease that air polution. We can decrease the used of vehicle in city. Beside that jog can make us help the go green program which the program to protect global warming.
                 The last advantage is jog make you healty. Work in the excessively in the office is not good for health. Our body just had a little move, our eye kept look computer in the long time, and we did this habbit five days a week. In week days if we a busy person, we work too, we have no time to exercise sport. Jogging is the best choise to exercise. We don’t need a more time to do this exercise and not expensive.
                In conclution, Healty is very important than other.  Without healty we cannot do anything, even a work. So, we must keep our body healty with exercise. Exercise to make a body healty didn’t need a big sport. We just do a little sport like jogging. Jogging is the cheap and flexible sport in the world. Beside that our time will save for work because jog doesn’t waste our time. So, why you don’t start jogging now?
